Who We Are

Patriot Managed Care Solutions, Inc. was formed by Eaglestone Investment Partners, I, L.P. as a result of an acquisition that took place in 2003. Patriot, headquartered in Houston Texas, was incorporated in the State of Delaware following this acquisition in 2003.

Patriot offers cost effective, maintainable, intuitive solutions for healthcare organizations. Our rules based systems are easily customized to simplify the administrative processes, which results in marked improvement in workplace efficiences.

Patriot and its predecessor company have been providing solutions to the healthcare community
since 1985. Patriot healthcare solutions are proven, having been in production for seven years and consistently upgraded over that period. Our latest release has been in production for five years.
Patriot has successfully implemented its system and services for numerous clients across the United States.

How We Do Business

Patriot’s System is designed with flexibility in mind and supports multiple lines of business, group and individual, enabling our clients to use one system to support all their business. Patriot delivers an Application Service Provider solution. What does this mean to our clients? Those we serve benefit from the latest in modern technology without investing in hardware, technology and security infrastructure and maintenance. Our clients’ IT staff in turn can focus on the core lines of business. We provide proven and fully HIPAA and NPI compliant solutions, utilizing a first-rate data center as support.

Full-Functioning System Addressing All Areas of Your Business

Our clients are provided with comprehensive functionality and product features in a rules-based
solution, providing the flexibility needed to support medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, disability
(claims) and flexible spending accounts. We continue to work as a team with clients to incorporate enhancements as needed.

Many of our clients operate a health plan (or health insurance company) as well as a TPA. Often,
these organizations have both unique and shared business requirements. Our solutions support both types of organizations, enabling the health insurance company AND TPA to use one system to meet their business requirements. Additionally, our clients have the flexibility they need to support the niche products typically offered by TPAs.
